TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are

The service is provided by [company name] ([address], [trade registry no]). These terms form the agreement between you and [company name].

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and not previously permanently banned. We check your age with your date of birth.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may not transfer or share your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe and tell us at [support email] immediately if you notice unauthorised use.

4. How the service works

OnlyMens is a reverse-discovery product:

• Men create a profile. To be listed in discovery they must complete selfie verification and reach the minimum profile completeness threshold.
• Women discover, filter and start conversations. They must complete verification before sending a first message.
• Women's profiles are never listed to men. A man sees only the woman who wrote to him, inside that conversation.
• A man needs a Premium subscription to reply to an incoming message.
• We may change features, limits and flows to improve the service; we will give notice of material changes.

5. Rules

The Community Guidelines are part of this agreement. In short: be real, respect consent, do not harass, never post content involving minors, do not use the service commercially or fraudulently, do not use someone else's photos or identity, and do not scrape or automate the service.

6. Your content

You own the photos and text you upload. To operate the service you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to host, reproduce, resize and display that content within the service. The licence ends when you delete your account; copies may remain in backups for the retention periods stated in the privacy policy.

We may remove content we consider to be in breach of the rules.

7. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are purchased only through the App Store or Google Play; there are no purchases on the website. Price, term and renewal conditions are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are cancelled from your store account's subscription settings.

Refunds follow the policy of the relevant store. Your statutory withdrawal and refund rights as a consumer remain unaffected; see [withdrawal notice].

Paid features never change the visibility rule: no plan sells a man a list of women's profiles or the identity of the people who viewed him.

8. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms or the Community Guidelines we may warn you, remove your content, suspend your account or close it permanently. For severe breaches (content involving minors, threats of violence, fraud) we close the account immediately and notify the authorities where required.

You can close your account at any time via Settings → Delete account.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee the behaviour, accuracy or intentions of other users; verification reduces impersonation but does not eliminate it. Be careful when you meet someone, choose public places and share personal information sparingly.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by [governing law]. Disputes are subject to [competent courts]. As a consumer you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts and consumer bodies of your place of residence.
